It didn't work....but at least I can return it. I know it's not you but the manufacturer. And I don't want it another otherwise the company is great . I will order more in the future 🙂

Missing
I had bought this a couple of months ago and I wanted to use it for the first time, but I am unable to use. It is missing a piece so I cannot vacuum anything. When I try to put the arm down it wouldn't lock so that I can seal it.

Extra bags for the XL Nutri Sealer are available on large retail stores. They bags which are included with the Nutri Sealer are BPA free. We hope this information is helpful.
