Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it We bought one for my special needs son, didn't work. We sent it back and got another one in an exchange, it worked a couple of weeks now it won't recline or vibrate. Really frustrating, it would have been the perfect chair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If I could rate a 0 star I would I bought this chair for my husband last christmas. It never worked properly. We requested a new motor because he got stuck with the foot rest up and laying back. He had to crawl out. We tried the new electronics that were sent and it had the same issue. He's not a heavy person. Normal size person so that can't be it. Anyhow this chair has been sitting collecting dust becasue we couldn't get it boxed to send it back. It's bigger than us older folks can deal with and had no clue how to get it returned even with the return label we were given. Do NOT waste your money. This was $450.00 we couldn't afford to loose.
