Oh no. Not working
I am so disappointed. I really need this for my back. I tried to call customer service to get a replacement but I guess I call at busy times, it won't let you wait on the phone, the system saids try your call again later and it hangs up. I have been happy with my purchases from Wards but my Back isn't Happy so mommmy isn't happy. Can I get an replacement?

Sticking tape wore out
Although this device gives great pulse the tape wore out after I used it the 2nd time. I followed the instructions and made sure there were no lotions prior or that the area was not wet. I am returning this device.
