Not as described. Very disappointed
I purchased and wish I had not. Very small, my family are taller than a child! Cheap Quality. As a business owner, the quality is very poor. Do not waste your Money.

Smaller than I expected. You feel the massage element more in your head than in your back or legs. The heat on the back is nice however, there is not much lower back support in chair.

Uncomfortable chair
I'am not at all happy with this recliner I just got it.is way to high up off the floor for me to be able to rock it and the seat is very very hard and very un-comfortable for me. so sorry we are buying it. had to cut box to get it out so can't return it or we would.

Poor Quality
This recliner is horrible! I ordered this chair for severe arthritis in my back and legs. However, the chair arrived without the adapter. And I received the wrong color. The chair alone is so uncomfortable. The quality of the chair is terrible; it feels cheap.

Does this one recline by itself? I don’t have much Strength in my legs/ blood clots and swelling. I can’t push one back

The Rocking Recliner with Massage and Heat does not recline by itself or with remote control. It has a recessed side handle used to recline out. You would need to use your legs to push the chair back in.
