An awful rug.
I bought this rug awhile back and had to find and pay someone to put it down in my living room. It's a 12 by 12. Not an hour later loose carpet fibers started coming up. It looks like it has picks in it. I'm 78 years old and I can't pick it up from the floor and return it. I have shopped here for years and this is the only thing I've had issues with.

Not happy
This rug comes in a box and is folded. You can not get the fold marks out. I have tried everything that was suggested. For all that money I am extremely disappointed. Everyone knows you don’t fold rugs.
