Terrible Product
Very flimsy. Keeps sliding down and you can feel the base underneath when you sit on it. I wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing this as a Christmas Gift for my mother. Hopefully not too late to return.

Nice But It Just Don't Work Well.
The mattress will not stay on the futon it slides off as soon as you sit on it and when you get up off of it, I had to buy straps to fix that.
