Broken vacuum from
Received it broken and can't get a response from c
When I opened the box I noticed a part on the vacuum was broken. I immediately emailed Montgomery Ward and I have not received any Responses. So, now I have a vacuum that I can't use without physically holding it together to get it to work. The part that was cracker ended up filling off the machine.

Shark Navigator Vacum
I bought this vacum not even a month and am NOT PLEASED !!!! The plug is too short,The vacum is wayyy too heavy and the wand is also too short !! I do NOT recomend this item !! Also to keep the attachments on is mad poorly,they keep coming off . Machine motor is way too loud !!

Already broken
I purchased this product in November of 2021 and the handle at the top of the vacuum cleaner has completely broken off to the point that we have had to use duct tape to keep it attached in order to use it at all.

I have an older model that looks just like this white one. I have the bare floor attachment but it does not hook into the place provided. The “hose” that you can put the small attachments on is useless as it does not extend. I love my other shark products
