How do you put it behind the toliet
Hello Tonda,
The Space Saver fits behind the toilet, you may have to remove the lid to set it in place. Or you can attached the bottom bar after it is setting it behind the toilet.

Is the back finished? Are the bear and moose decorations glued on? Could they be removed if needed?

Yes, the back is finished the same as the front.
The bear and moose decorations are not removable.
