Missing Items
Received yesterday. Took out of box and did the very little assembly needed.
There was not a cleaning solution sample- no biggie other than truthfulness in advertising.
The ONE cleaning tool included does not have the rotating brush in it. It is the Multipurpose tool that sprays cleaning solution and sucks it back up. The included User Manuel states it is for scrubbing up tough stains. It has a knobby rubber pad that does appear to be for scrubbing.
Things not included:
Additional Multipurpose Tool Insert- it is apparently more of a bristle scrubbing brush to be interchanged with the rubber, knobby one.
Upholstery Tool—
Stair Tool—— 6 inches wide, 2 built in rows of brushes
Crevice Tool—for cleaning around baseboards and hard to reach places.
After having read the reviews and what others are using this for, I would have thought these tools included and the main ones i need.
As mymain purposes for this cleaner are upholstery and my carpeted stairs, I must now attempt to locate a source for just these needed tools.
I will return after I am able to use the product.

Leaks horribly!!!
I received this yesterday. We have a camper, 3 vehicles, and sofas that I planned to use this on. I used to have a Bissell Little Green Machine, it wore out so I purchased this to replace it. After putting in the proper amount of water/cleaner and snapping the solution tank in place I headed out to the camper. I am glad I tried it in the camper first, because the water pours out of it! I have laminate in the house and this would ruin it. I have a video of it pouring out but your site will not allow it to upload.
