Subpar quality
Upon taking this out of the box to put it together, I found it was missing a large nut, and one of the small nuts is defective because it will not screw onto the bolt. Therefore, it's unusable since only two of the four wheels can be attached. For the cost of this cart, it's VERY disappointing. I will try to get replacement nuts, but I'm not optimistic.

Inconvenient and Unwieldy
I live in a fourth floor walk-up apartment and thought this would make carrying groceries much easier for me but that was not the case. The handle is much too short and doesn't extend, and the wheels hit each step with such a forceful clang that I'm pretty sure the whole building could hear me go up every single stair. I ended up having to pick up the cart and carry it, which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place.

When I opened the box the product was not what I expected. I ordered the stair climbing cart in red. Not what I got. Large white wheels for back and liner is black. The tool to help tighten front wheels does not fit around the nut. Terrible time tightening wheels.. one is tight, can not get the second one tight.
