Useless telescope!!
I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and even me a grown person cannot view the stars and sky as I thought we would. My husband and I both tried to use this telescope, impossible. I am hoping I can return for another one that wil hopefully work.

Broken case and can’t get in touch with ANYONE
When we open the box the case with the name Lettis on it was broken. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Montgomery Ward for three days. I’ve sent two emails, tried to call multiple times but when you call all you get is a robot. Receiving a broken item is not an option.
