Not enough support!
This is not stiff enough for keeping my feet the proper form. It just bent my toes up. It does NOT have enough support for the feet. It was uncomfortable!

Temporary relief
I ordered this stretching sock for my plantar fasciitis and it does work for me. After use I can feel a big difference of pain when Im up walking again bt it only last for a short time. I'll can appreciate any time of relief.
