Defective parts
I received this a week ago and discovered defective part when attempting to assemble. Called manufacturer for replacement and they just shipped parts yesterday. I will not have them until next week according to tracking.

The directions are a little confusing! We were 80%done and realized we used the wrong screw and had to take it apart and restart!

Love it!!!
I had a little trouble with the directions and found out that I was better off looking at the picture on the website itself. Other than that I really like it and it's perfect for my five cats.

The cat tree is as showed the only thing wrong with it. It was missing a rivet that one of the post screws into.

Is there a weight limit I have big cats probably 10-12 pounds
a person with a 19 pound cat said it was snug but cat loved it! The cat preferred sleeping in this cat tree then with them as cat did before they got cat tree! Now I am buying this one to replace my old cat tree, that is similar to this one but is completely worn out now! i have been looking for a new cat tree for a year!! I have 2 cats and 2 strays that use my old tree! The reviews on this cat tree are GREAT!! All size cats use and love this tree!! My cats are from 7 pounds to around 15 pounds!! And I am very excited to finally find a suitable replacement for my broken down old cat tree!! The reviews for this product are so good, that that is why I am buying this!!! Take my advice and buy this product and try it!! If it does not work for you!! Call Montgomery Ward, and talk to them! I have never been disappointed with ANYTHING I have ever purchased from them!! They will work with you to make it right and make you happy!!

My cat is almost 12 years old. She loves to lay on the window sill. Do you think a small cat this age would use this one? She wouldn't use the tulip one, wouldn't go in the petal flower. Wondering if this will help her get a little more exercise.
