helped me sleep better. nice and cozy
i really did sleep a bit better...not as much tossing & turning. it's but definitely more of a winter blanket that'll keep you warm. i found it a bit too warm in nevada october, but i know i'll love it december thru february. i'm still happy with the purchase.

Can you lay on top of weighted blanket? Or does that defeat purpose of blanket? Its heavier than we thought so not sure if hubby is going to be able to use it
