Description is lacking some very important info!
I bought this and started to unpack it. All the guts are Plastic! The pendulum, the weights etc. The description does not mention that these items are plastic, so by the looks and everything else, you think you are getting a genuine Grandfather clock, YOU ARE NOT, dont do what I did and buy this item if you want real. I not only thought it was a real one because of the description, but I thought it was a real one because of the price, this is way overpriced!
The biggest mistake was ordering from Wards, they guaranty everything, but you have to pay the 150.00 shipping to have it returned, and you dont get it back, according to Customer service! So, Im stuck with something that will stay in the box and never be used until I have a garage sale and maybe I can get 50 out of it.

Does the Westminster strike once on each half hour and strike out the time example two strikes for two o'clock, three times for three o'clock all the to twelve o'clock during the day and does the pendulum and weights swing. Do you offe a extended warranty
The Westminster Clock chimes only on the hour. The chime shuts off from 10PM to 6AM. The pendulum swings. The weights do not swing.
