The Chair Broke
I bought this as a surprise for my husband. My husband was sitting in the chair this evening and all of a sudden we heard a loud pop sound and my husband almost fell backwards out of the chair. We received this chair at the end of August 2020 and it is almost the end of December 2020, so basically the chair lasted maybe 3 months. Very disappointed for the amount of money that I spent for it. Do not reccomend purchasing this chair.

Nice looking chair but design is horrible!
It is very difficult to get this chair back to recline. Also very difficult to reach to the hydraulic button to raise and lower the feet. Need assistance on both to get in and out of the chair! Was gonna just keep it but got in it the other day and the chair collapsed with me in it! The weld on the left side did not hold and I am under the weight for this chair. Obviously defective! Sending back. Hopefully, I will be reimbursed. Didn't even have it a full month yet!

BEST CHAIR EVER AND NO PAIN!!!!
My girl bought me this chair for Christmas and I absolutely LOVE IT!! I have had 4 knee and 2 back surgeries and am always in pain. This chair is EXACTLY what I needed. It was fairly easy to assemble, IF you use a little common sense to know how the body is shaped and since the foot part has a hydraulic piston in it to raise and lower your feet, well that's pretty self explanatory. The instructions are pretty straight forward. This is the closest to inversion that I can get and it takes ALL the pressure off the back AND knees when in the correct position. The massage is fantastic; although I read a couple of reviews saying it wasn't strong enough. Maybe turn it up to high, just saying. Quality built(yes I know it's made in China) but is also VERY sturdy. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this chair to anyone thinking of purchasing it. Don't let the negative reviews sway your opinion. It's DEFINITELY worth the money!!!!

Confusing instructions
So I got the chair yesterday morning and I began assembling it. Due to the confusing instructions, I put the backrest where the foot rest goes and had to redo it. Then Once I got it all together I could not for the life of me figure out how to recline it or figure out how to attach the footrest to the reclining knob. This is the kind of thing that should be shipped already assembled or at least provide a video to show the proper way to assemble it. The massager works but is weak and the heat may work as well but I don't know how well yet as it remains untested.

Meets all my needs!
I bought this chair to replace a Homedics Tony Little chair that had been damaged. This had all the features I was looking for - zero gravity, heat and vibration, styling and cost. It was the only chair that I could find that met all those needs. It's comfortable and does what I need it to do.
