Do Not Order Not worth the money
We ordered this chair 01/18/22. We received it 01/21/22. My husband and is a truckdriver and is 225 lbs. Which is below weight limit on chair. He doesn't fall into chair. And is only home. On weekends and is only person to sit in chair. We do not have children or pets. There is NO reason for chair to break. It still looks New. But this past Sunday my husband was sitting in it and leaned over to pick up his glass of coke off of side table and chair fell to floor. The frame bent. He said it can not be fixed. He has chair propped up with a piece of wood so that he can sit in it until we are able to replace it. But no longer can it recline. We have to throw chair out after 14 months of barely using it. And we weren't always home on weekends for him to sit in it. So when I say it is like new I mean it is still like new and NO reason for this to have happened. We DID NOT get our money's worth out of it.

Horrible products
Bought this 4 months ago and it already broke. Customer service wants me to take it back apart and box it up then take it back to be shipped back. These chairs are heavy. I had them delivered so I didn’t have to carry them into my spa. Now it sits in my spa broken!

In love with this chair
We used to have a Homedics brand of the same kind of chair. It was vinyl and started looking pretty awful. We've looked and looked for a replacement. And found this!! The brown fabric is beautiful, the positioning of the chair is easy and the button to press which lifts the footrest is great. Since we only use it reclined, there is no need to tighten the handles to hold it, just a little shift of you body weight and the chair goes back and stays. LOVE the soothing vibration and head mode. I've had spinal surgery and this is JUST what I needed to relax!!! Really perplexed about any negative comments.

Zero Gravity Chair
This is a poorly made chair. It's not like the picture's at all. My knobs don't work, footrest is no comfortable at all. I can't get it to recline. I want to return it back and I never want anything to do with this kind of chair again!

Love this chair!

Disappointed
I received this chair a few weeks ago. And I am disappointed in it. The knobs that hold it in reclined position quickly started t strip out. Refusing to hold it in reclined position. The zipper on the back cover came apart. I can say that the messager works great. The heat feels good too. But i wanted to recline in it not have it throw me out when it fell back upright.
