You get what you pay for.
Received the chair after 1 week the top and bottom vibrations quit. A replacement was sent out but was sent to my mailing address and not my physical address. It took me two weeks to get the chair to my physical address. Everything worked but during the first day the top fibration section quit working. I needed that section for my arthritic shoulders is very disappointed. Too much trouble to send the back. I have to find someone to put the chair together and to take the defective chair apart just not worth all the trouble. I knew it was a cheap chair to begin with but the vibration sections could have worked for a while

My father purchased this chair after the 2nd Moderna shot caused him to go to ICU twice.
I give the instructions 3 out of 5 stars. I attempted to assemble got about 60 % complete same with my son. So then we call Task rabbit and the pro gets it to 90% the recliner at the feet remain a full foot off the ground as constructed. Do we have misaligned parts , At our wits end. I'm not wrestling with it again with 2 neck fusions. It appears to be a decent chair . Help !

Zero Gravity Chair
Wish the cushioning was a little softer, and the button to raise the leg-rest wasn't down the side between the seat and sidearm, it's a bit awkward to get to. Other than that, it's definitely going to be getting some major use.

Great for low back pain!
I purchased this chair for my father who has herniated and bulging discs in his lower back. He absolutely loves it! He has commented on several occasions that he has no pain while reclined in the chair. It was easy for us to assemble, but the directions for the reclining are a little confusing. Once the side knobs are loosened, you have to use your body weight by leaning back to swing the chair backwards. We also found that it reclines easier with the footstool down. Additionally, the chair is more like a vibrating chair instead of massaging. We still consider this a good purchase and are well pleased!

I've lost the adapter & started using a different one that went to something else. It powers the chair, but when I use the remote to power off, it stays on. (PRI: 120v - 6-hz 0.15A & SEC: 12V - 75mA) Please advise specifications on the correct adapter.
Hi,
The only information we have is INPUT: 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz500 mA. We hope this information is helpful.
