Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the cost! Was not what was expected, much cheaper quality. Sent to wrong address then open box to find a couple of things broken( hole in material in back and zipper that holds the padding in place was stripped and missing the tab to pull zipper up. The chair does not lay you back gently is drops you back and when you want to get out of it you will need help or strong stomache muscles to pull the chair back up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK I do like the chair, but it is hard to recline. You have to lean back, then hold one side while you quickly tighten it to position. I wish I would have ordered the electric model, but read a lot of reviews saying it had problems. Hey Seventh Avenue, can I send this back and upgrade to the electric mode???

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Zero gravity chair, can't use it. Zero gravity chair. I've wanted one of these chairs forever. They were out of the power back ones, so i got the other. Very disappointed. I can not get it to go back. I'm 71 yrs old and have arthritis in both hips. I'm so unhappy i can not use this chair!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I bought this chair about a year ago. I was happy with it, in spite of it being somewhat cumbersome to recline. A few months later, the zipper holding the cover on it broke. Not long after that, the foot rest stopped working, so I couldn't put my feet up. Tonight, the chair completely collapsed as I sat down because the welded piece on the left side came undone. I am well within the recommended weight capacity for this chair, so that's not the problem. It's just a product that is very poorly made, and I wish I hadn't bought it. Even before it (literally) fell apart, it wasn't that comfortable. Don't waste your money, IMO

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best geriatric piece of furniture You need help to put it together You need 10 hours of studying the directions to put the parts together efficiently and effectively. Labor cost equal the purchase price. Comfortable, best of its kind.
