Rated 2 out of 5 by Linda Polley from Very Confusing I was prepared to adore this recliner, the first one I've ever owned and I'm 69. Unfortunately I got this in the middle of the pandemic. I have no one to help me put this together. Also the arms were scuffed up. I'm now trying to put it together myself, but the instructions don't seem to match the chair. I don't know what to do. I can't afford a box to send it back. I have no money to hire someone to help and no one would be allowed in my building. It looked like it would be very easy to put together. What can I do? I really want a recliner to help my edema. I never realized one could cause a living disaster like this. Sorry just being truthful here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Carolyn from I love my chair This chair is exactly as I imagined it would be after reading the details on it. I don't know what everyone expects for the price but I love it. It is supportive of my back, I love all the functions. The foot rest is very easy to use. I love it all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Scoobs from Well engineered & recommended! I’m 65 & retired, it weighs 65lbs/well constructed. To assemble, only 3 cross braces w/12 bolts for the frame. Only 8 washers & nylon-locking nuts assemble the base & back. Test thread nuts & bolts to avoid any thread binding. I’m 6’2” but it wouldn’t a taller person well. Ample cushioning & good/nice upholstery material is used. Took me a leisurely 2hrs to assemble. Positions adjust manually, not a chair costing thousands. I’m very satisfied & everything works accordingly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by EJM from Great chair BUT... This chair is great for most people. It has nice features like the heat and massage. I would recommend the chair to any friend under 5'5". Any taller, and more leg hangs over than it should thus negating the benefits. If you don't mind from upper-calf to foot hanging over the edge (especially in a reclining position), then I recommend this chair. It states a weight limit of 300 lbs., but no disclaimers regarding height. This chair is not made for a tall person.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Robbin from Very poor quality I had a hard time putting together. It is so stiff you have to use force or another person to move it back. I gave you a one star because at least the remote works well. I want to return it, but it did not come with a packing slip or any information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Liz T from Very Disappointed This was a gift for a friend with a bad back. it's difficult to get it to work, & it doesn't go all the way back as the the picture shows. The amount of time it took me to assemble it was awful. I will not return it because I shudder to think how long it'd take to disassemble it!!! I guess I'll just suck it up and eat it, but I really feel as if I've been had. This is a piece of junk. Verrrrry disappointed.
