Caught fire
I bought this air conditioner in mid July and we received it on July 28th, 2023 and it was working fine for 2 weeks then cought fire. We aren't allowed to go back to the house now and we finally able to get to stay with my mother. I called today August 24th 2022 and to see if I could get a refund something I know they can't replace my home but geeze they said I have to wait for quality control to call and might have me returned the ac like I can't even get in the house how can I return it to you.

Worked great... At first
We bought this AC unit in 2019. It worked great the first couple of years, but here it is, 2022, and we have to buy another one. I wish they offered the extended warranties on these things!

Not worth it
I got it 2 months ago and it has messed up a few times. First time I tried to turn it to ECO and it popped up “88” and would not blow cold, turning it off didn’t work, I had to leave it unplugged for 2 days while it was very hot outside. Yesterday I went to turn the temp up, it messed up and the temp would go all the way up and down til I turned it off and then back on. I can no longer change the temp, use eco or any settings because it will start messing up and I’ll have to unplug it. When it messes up the power button will not work and no other controls, you have to unplug. I do not recommend, it’s too expensive for it always messing up.
