I ordered this luggage set for a Christmas gift just 4 days before Christmas, including having my granddaughter's name added to personalize it, and I admit that I had a few misgivings. First because her name is unusual and not easy to spell, second because it was scheduled to arrive Christmas Eve. It did arrive on time, with my granddaughter's name spelled correctly and the quality and appearance were excellent. I can't say enough about Ward's excellent service and how caring their representative was about getting the order right. Will I order again? You bet!
