Won’t charge. So I read reviews which I should have done before buying. I tried to call the number on this site and always get high volume calls try again later. In need to know how to return this item because I am not paying for it. I’m not paying 45.00 plus tax and high shipping for something that does not work. So wards please contact me to return this item and credit my account please. It’s against the law to keep selling items that do not work at all!

Hello, To navigate your tracker, swipe right, left up or down, swipping left or right to access activity information and start HR measurement. Swipe down to view your messages, swipe up to access the icon menu. Also on some of the clock faces select the steps or heart icon and you will be redirected to those pages. I received my watch and just decided to charge it today December 22nd. There was no indication that it was charging also it never turned on. I would like this item refunded and the credit added back to my account since it is not working at all.
