The 12" portable propane outdoor cooker has a high-pressure 33,000 BTU cast burner and includes a large 29-qt. aluminum turkey pot with lid, and pierced aluminum basket for boiling! Also includes turkey rack and lifting hook, and a 10-qt. aluminum fry pan with basket and heat-resistant handle. Use the deep-fry thermometer to monitor the temperature of the oil and adjust the flame with the adjustable regulator with timer. Uses a 20-lb. propane tank (not included). For outdoor use only.
