Horrible Shea Butter!!!!
I bought 2 jars of this Shea butter by Now solutions expecting the Shea butter to be soft and smooth like it should. Unfortunately, I read a comment one reviewer said that the Shea butter was old.... I agree it hard like it's been sitting for years in storage somewhere and forgotten about. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward in using this product and also I didn't bother to sending it back because the shipping wasn't free. I'm glad I didn't order the coconut oil lol. Montgomery Ward what happened to your quality control department?....Isn't quality control supposed to check the products before shipments sent out to the customers? Thank you, Michelle
